Intake forms will need to be completed prior to the first appointment.
-Electronically sign the forms and fill out the demographic information.
-Be sure to fill out consents if needed

Rates

This will be discussed during the initial scheduling of the appointment. A session is approximately 50 minutes.

Coaching Fees begin at $55 per session with a commitment of six sessions. If ALL sessions are paid in advance the fee may be reduced.

Counseling Sessions Fees begin at $75 per session.

Assessments and Educational Class Rates are determined by the nature of the service being provided.

Insurance

Currently insurance is only accepted for in person counseling services.
Telehealth and coaching are private pay only.
Current insurance accepted for counseling only: Missouri Medicaid, and Missouri Medicaid Managed Care Providers

I may be able to provide you with necessary paperwork to be reimbursed by their insurance provider. Wisehart Counseling Services is not obligated to accept insurance or assist with reimbursement from their insurance. Please call your insurance provider to determine your coverage.

Cancellation Policy

We ask that clients maintain responsible relations regarding appointment schedules. Clients are responsible to notify this agency twenty-four hours in advance for cancellation of a scheduled appointments. In the event the client arrives late for a scheduled appointment time for that session will not be extended. Two cancellations or no show without twenty-four hour advance notice may result in termination of counseling at agency discretion. Client may be responsible for full payment of missed appointment prior to rescheduling.

Payment

Cash, Credit Card, Paypal, or Square are accepted for payment at the time of service.
